We had the pleasure of attending the 13th Panhellenic Conference organized by the Hellenic Legal Association e-themis.gr, held on December 13–14, 2024, in Athens. The conference focused on the theme: “Credit Institutions – Legal & Institutional Aspects.”

We were particularly honoured by the participation of our associate, Associate Professor of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), Mr. Nikolaos Katiforis, in the session: “Current Issues in Enforcement Law and the Management of Claims and Loans – Part B,” chaired by Emeritus Professor of Civil Procedure at the NKUA Law School, Mr. Nikolaos Klamaris.

The same panel featured distinguished speakers, including Professor of Law at Democritus University of Thrace, Mr. Spyros Tsantinis, Assistant Professor of Law at NKUA, Mr. Alexandros Rokas, Attorney and Advisor to the Athens Bar Association (ABA), Mr. Fotis Giannoulas, and Attorney LLM, member of the Hellenic Association of Proceduralists and former ABA Advisor, Mr. Giannis Deligeorgis.

Mr. Katiforis delivered a highly insightful presentation on “Issues of Electronic Auctions,” contributing valuable knowledge and perspectives to the dialogue on critical legal matters.
